01 What do you need?

CAD and PDF exports, your agreed title block and a technical review are included. Select 1–100 of each drawing type; quantities are drawings, not pages.

02 Define your specification

Every supported selection gets an indicative price. Enter known dimensions; all drawings of a type use the same stated maximum. Your final scope still needs review.

Only dimensions relevant to your selected drawings are active. The base plan rate covers up to 100 m², elevations/sections up to 20m and three storeys, and schedules up to 30 openings. Larger specs increase the price automatically.

Standard includes agreed dimensions, labels and measured openings. Detailed adds agreed measured fabric/features and more detailed annotations to the selected outputs. Complexity and detail multiply drawing rates; missing measurements are never invented.

One consolidated revision within the agreed brief is already included. New survey evidence or added outputs remain additional scope.

No point clouds at launch. LAS, LAZ, E57, PTS, PTX, PCD, PLY, RCP and RCS are blocked. We require an appropriate measured export; file review is separate from this drawing-price estimate.

Email opens in your mail app. Review and send it to hadley@surveydraw.co.uk. If your app does not open, download the summary and attach it to an email.

The starting price

£80.75 covers project setup, intake and drawing standards. Minimum project value is £212.50. The selected dimensions, complexity and detail adjust drawing prices. Usable measured evidence is required before acceptance.

Changes and queries

The package includes one consolidated revision within the agreed brief. Our production errors are corrected without an extra fee. New measurements, added outputs or changed scope are priced before further work.

Before money changes hands

We confirm the accepted scope, delivery date, deposit and cancellation terms in writing. A provisional deposit does not approve production. If we cannot accept the work, we refund it in full.
