SURVEY HANDOVER

Good drawings start
with a clear brief.

Tell us what was surveyed, choose the outputs and check what still needs clarification.

You can select files, check your brief and download a handover record. This page does not upload, store or send survey data. Leaving or refreshing clears the draft; export it to keep a copy.

01 Practice & project

02 Drawings & evidence

Select the required outputs. Quantities carried from the price calculator remain provisional until scope acceptance.

03 Units & datum

Enter the source-file units. “Not confirmed” remains a question for review; it is never treated as metres by default.

Source Z uses the selected source units. Target drawing level uses metres. No datum, zero level or transform is assumed.

04 Select source files

Add your original measured survey export and relevant evidence. Point-cloud processing is not offered. Each file is read locally to calculate a SHA-256 fingerprint. This checks file identity; it does not validate measurements or scan for malware.

Up to 20 files, 50 MiB each, 256 MiB total. Point clouds are not accepted at launch. LAS, LAZ, E57, PTS, PTX, PCD, PLY, RCP and RCS are blocked in every evidence role. Archives are not accepted.

05 Keep your handover record

Download your brief and file inventory, then open the project portal to submit them for review. The download does not include or upload your original files.

Open project portal ↗

Save your handover above, then sign in to the project portal to submit the brief and upload the listed originals. Check each file’s receipt status to confirm it has been received.

You can export an incomplete draft. Missing items remain visible for clarification and cannot create a production approval.
